The Siwela Brut Chardonnay leaves a legacy of beauty and strength, her crown is 100 % chardonnay. The method of production involves the traditional method, grapes hand-picked before full ripeness to produce wine with moderate acidity and alcohol. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank for 21 days followed by a Second fermentation took place in the bottle. This MCC bestows hints of green apple, straw, and lime. The Methode Cap Classique has a robust dry freshness with vanilla and yeasty nose. Kept on the lees for 12 months for maturation without any dosage. A perfect wine for summer afternoons under the African Sun, surrounded with like minded Queens and Kings, Princes and Princesses.
