Description

A unique semi sweet red blend of Pinotage, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. ?The wine is fermented to complete finish, grape concentrate added to produce a well balanced semi sweet red wine. The wine shows dominating aromas of plum typical for the Pinotage grape, popularly known as the South African heritage grape. The wine appeals to both new and old wine drinkers with balanced sweetness, acidity and fruit, a sense of what is to come as you move into red drier reds.

Pairs well with chocolate mousse, lamb curry, spicy biltong, Skopo, braai or whatever tickles your palate. Refreshing when served chilled
