Description

A blend of carefully selected grapes of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each cultivar contributes its dominant aromas and flavors which come alive on the palate. The grapes are harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks until dry and blended for fruit forward unwooded red wine. This full bodied well balanced enriched with dark fruit flavors and white pepper. Pair with Ulusi, Oxtail, Lamb, or whatever tickles your palate.
