The Siwela sparkling Pinotage rose, a small batch produced under the African Crown range is made of 100 % Pinotage. The grapes allowed to rest on the skins for monitored period to get the attractive salmon pink colour.?? Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank for 14 days in a stainless steel tank. Bubbles were delicately introduced through second tank fermentation, racked off the lees and stabilized. This wine is off dry with strawberry, and raspberry aromas and a lingering finish of fruitness.
