Led by the founder, Biotechnologist & Winemaker Siwela Sweetness Masoga, you’ll explore the equipment used in winemaking, learn the science behind fermentation, taste wines throughout the process, create your own blend, bottle and label your own wine, and leave with memories you’ll never forget.

Meet the Founder Behind Siwela Wines
What began as a dream has grown into one of South Africa’s most inspiring independednt wine brands.
I’m Siwela Sweetness Masoga, founder of Siwela Wines, a trained biotechnologist, winemaker and wine educator with a passion for making the world of wine more accessible.
During this experience, I don’t simply guide a tasting – I invite you behind the scenes of a real working winemaking experience. Together we’ll explore how wine is made, from fermentation and blending to bottling and tasting, while I share the science, creativity and business behind every bottle.
Whether you’re completely new to wine or already a wine lover, my goal is for you to leave not only with a bottle you’ve created yourself, but with knowledge, confidence and unforgettable memories.
