The Siwela Chenin blanc 2020 is made from 100 % chenin blanc grapes from Stellenbosch region. The first press juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days at 14 ˚C, the skins were separated immediately. The vintage offers a crisp, vibrant, and well-balanced acidity with hints of green apple and floral notes. This  unwooded white wine is friendly with sweet-sour ,seafood  , white meat , salads or simply on its own. Refreshing when served chilled.
